DEFINITIONS
User/Customer/You: Any individual or entity who registers with or avails services from Maxsum Consultants. Services: Assistance, protection, and value-added offerings including but not limited to roadside assistance, mobile protection, healthcare support, and other benefits communicated by the Company. Partner/Vendor: Third-party entities authorized by Maxsum Consultants to deliver specific services.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Maxsum Consultants provides assistance, protection, and lifestyle benefits as per the chosen plan or package. The details of each service, eligibility, coverage, and exclusions will be made available to the User at the time of purchase.
Sharing of Data
We may share location-based data with third-party service providers who assist us in providing our services. These service providers are contractually obligated to use the data only for the purposes for which we have shared it. However, we will not share any sensitive data, such as personally identifiable information, without first obtaining the user's consent.
USER OBLIGATIONS
Provide accurate and complete information while registering or availing services. Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account activity. Use Services only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
SERVICE FULFILMENT
Some services are provided directly by Maxsum Consultants, while others are delivered via our trusted third-party partners. Maxsum Consultants is not liable for delays, deficiencies, or failures caused by partner/vendor actions beyond our reasonable control. PAYMENT & FEES
All fees or charges for Services must be paid in advance unless otherwise specified. Payments once made are non-transferable. Refunds and cancellations will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Maxsum Consultants shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service purchased by the User.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Maxsum Consultants, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of misuse of Services or breach of these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and material available on our website, mobile application, or communications remain the exclusive property of Maxsum Consultants. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
COMPLIANCE WITH INDIAN IT ACT, 2000
Users agree to comply with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, including all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines issued thereunder. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
